4. The information we collect

4.1 When you send us an enquiry using the form on this website we collect your name, your email address and the message you write to us.

4.2 If you contact us by email or telephone, or visit our showroom, we will hold the details you give us in the same way.

4.3 We do not use this website to collect payment details, and we do not collect any information about you automatically for analytics or advertising.

5. How we use it, and why

5.1 We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a visit or a quotation if you ask for one, and to carry out any work you ask us to do.

5.2 Our lawful basis is that we need the information to take the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with you, and to perform that contract if you go ahead. Where neither applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch with us.

5.3 We will not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry unless you ask us to.

5.4 Enquiries sent through the website form are received and stored for us by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website. Netlify is based in the United States, and processes the information on our behalf under its data processing terms, which include the safeguards UK data protection law requires for transfers outside the UK. Netlify also applies automatic spam filtering to form submissions.

6. How long we keep it

6.1 We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Where you become a customer, we keep the records we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Your rights

7.1 You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To do any of these, contact us using the details in section 3.
