Yes, but before we book a call out, please ensure you have followed the below troubleshooting steps:
Firstly, check that your Sky Box is switched on (Green light) and that your TV is set to correct source (usually HDMI 1 but this varies by brand/model).
If the box is turned ON and the Source is correct then the next step would be to turn your TV, Sky Box(es), (and in the case of a Sky Q system) Wi-Fi Router OFF for at least 30 secs.
After you have waited 30 secs, turn your Wi-Fi Router back on FIRST and wait for the lights to settle down as normal. Then turn your main Sky Box back on and wait for it to initialise (this may take 5-10 mins). Next turn on any additional Sky Mini Boxes and wait for them to initialise. Once the system is back online turn on your TV and see if the problem is resolved.
