Yes, but before we book a call out, please ensure you have followed the below troubleshooting steps:
Firstly, check that your Sky Box is switched on (Green light) and that your TV is set to correct source (usually HDMI 1 but this varies by brand/model).
If the box is turned ON and the Source is correct then the next step would be to turn your TV, Sky Box(es), (and in the case of a Sky Q system) Wi-Fi Router OFF for at least 30 secs.
After you have waited 30 secs, turn your Wi-Fi Router back on FIRST and wait for the lights to settle down as normal. Then turn your main Sky Box back on and wait for it to initialise (this may take 5-10 mins). Next turn on any additional Sky Mini Boxes and wait for them to initialise. Once the system is back online turn on your TV and see if the problem is resolved.

First thing to check is whether you have a functioning phone line, try calling a number off your landline to determine if you have a line fault or not. If it’s working, does it sound clear with no interference? It could be possible that there is an issue that your internet service provider (ISP) is working on resolving or maybe not even aware of yet, we recommend calling your ISP’s support phone number (usually free).
It maybe that your WiFi is not broadcasting a strong enough signal or one at all, you have to remember that WiFi and internet aren’t exactly the same thing. You may have the internet but it may not be broadcasting over the WiFi. Have you checked the lights on the router? Are there lights off that you maybe think should be on? Do the lights have labels next to them saying what they mean?
It’s always worth trying the classic turning it off and turning it back on again, you’ll be surprised at how many times this works. If this hasn’t fixed it you need to call you ISP where they could offer remote support and a replacement router if required. Did we fit your WiFi system? If so don’t hesitate to get in touch where we can look at it remotely and take it from there.
